Pre-Test and Post- Test -- All the participants would undergo a Test before beginning of the program and again after the Program. This would give a quick ROI on the knowledge improvement to the organization. Participants would create an SMART action plan to improve their performance which is measurable. Holding the participant and their reporting manager accountable as Knowing others are counting on you raises your level of commitment. 1 day review program would be done after a period of 90 days to measure the improvement and counsel the participants in overcoming the blocks while implementing and improve their performance - Feedback
