PHASE - I training design Inputs from the Training / HR manager + filled in PTQ (pre-training questionnaire) PHASE - II training design IFeedback from the Training / HR manager + Interaction with sample group of participants + Interaction with their reporting managers. PHASE - III training design Before beginning of the program If Participants expectations are beyond the program design and still part of the program subject then trainer would do a quick customizing of the program.
Pre-Test and Post- Test -- All the participants would undergo a Test before beginning of the program and again after the Program. This would give a quick ROI on the knowledge improvement to the organization. Participants would create an SMART action plan to improve their performance which is measurable. Holding the participant and their reporting manager accountable as Knowing others are counting on you raises your level of commitment. 1 day review program would be done after a period of 90 days to measure the improvement and counsel the participants in overcoming the blocks while implementing and improve their performance
After the program a 1800 degree feedback is generated-- 90° --- Participants rate the Program, Trainer, Utility etc. 90° --- Trainer also shares his candid feedback about the program and the participants

A Continuous-learning program: Follow-up support .for a period of 30 days demonstrates that TKS training's delivers more than ideas.

Tips & Techniques related to the subject they have got trained, as It would help the participants not to weather out their learning environment, enhance their knowledge levels and build a habit.

Trainer's support over the phone and e-mail to help the participants implement the learnings and overcome their work challenges.
